Tax Preparation
We are proud to announce that Kemba Credit Union will once again offer individual and business tax return preparation services through our business partner Albertz & Associates, CPA. Albertz & Associates is a trusted business partner who shares the same business philosophy of “people helping people.”
The tax return preparation process is simple, with several options to fit your needs.
- You can drop off your tax material at your local Kemba branch. Kemba will submit it for processing to Albertz & Associates. The completed tax forms will be returned to your local branch within approximately 7 business days. A Kemba Representative will contact you.
- If your return is simple, you may elect to have Mark Albertz prepare your return at our West Chester office while you wait. These appointments are designed to be 1 hour in duration. To schedule, simply call the Albertz & Associates office at 513.891.8400.
- You can drop off your materials directly at the Albertz & Assoc. office in Sharonville (170 Crowne Point Place, Suite 100) during their business hours between 8:30 and 5:30 Monday through Friday. When you use this method your completed tax forms will be completed and available for pick up or delivery within 7 business days.
