Important Debit Card Information
We would like to welcome you to Kemba Credit Union. As part of becoming a Kemba member, you’ll be receiving a new Kemba debit card, replacing your WUFFACE Federal Credit Union debit card. Your new card offers all the current benefits you have with your WUFFACE debit card, along with thousands of new surcharge-free ATM locations for your banking needs.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ACTIVATING YOUR NEW DEBIT CARD
- In the next few days, you should receive a new Kemba debit card.
- After you’ve received your new card, you can activate it anytime.
- The activation process is done from your primary phone number. During the call you will choose your desired personal identification number (PIN). You must input a PIN during this call, as it is the last part of the process.
- For automatic debit card payments, please notify the merchant as soon as possible of your new card number and new expiration date. You will need to make sure that the merchant changes your information for payments.

GET GREEN CHECKING PAYS YOU!
On April 1, 2024, your checking account will switch over to our Get Green Checking account. The Get Green Checking account is free as long as you use your debit card during the month. To earn an increased dividend rate, just do the following transactions and activities in your Get Green Checking account during each Monthly Qualification Cycle:
- Have at least 12 debit card purchases post and settle.
- Be enrolled in and agree to receive eStatements.
- Be enrolled in and log into online or mobile banking.
For details on the qualification cycle and current rates please visit us here. Even if you don't meet the requirements during the qualification cycle, you'll still earn our base dividend rate.

Kemba's Digital Banking
Enroll in Kemba's digital banking starting Monday, April 1, 2024. If you don’t have an email address on file with the credit union, call 513.762.5070 before setting up your online banking account.
Beginning April 1, you will have access to our free, secure and seamless digital banking services and Touch Tone Teller. We are excited for you to explore all the benefits that come with your account!
Follow the step-by-step process below to successfully sign up for online banking.
- Go to www.kemba.com
- Click the blue Login button in the top right corner of the screen
- Click New User
- Read over the online banking agreement and click I Agree
- Continue to enroll by following the prompts and entering the requested information. It only takes a couple of minutes!
Kemba's Mobile App
You will be able to use Kemba's mobile banking app starting Monday, April 1, 2024. Download the app by visiting Google Play or the App Store. If you’ve already set up Kemba’s online banking, just use your credentials to login. If you haven’t set up your account through online banking, you can easily set it up from the login screen.

We are pleased to announce the merger of WUFFACE FCU with Kemba Credit Union effective April 1, 2024. This merger will allow you to share in all the benefits that Kemba members presently enjoy. Kemba has been a symbol of financial strength, security, and stability to the Greater Cincinnati area for 90 years and welcomes you as a member of the credit union.
The current WUFFACE FCU branch will be closing permanently at noon on Friday, March 29, 2024. Starting April 1, 2024, members may transact business at the Kemba Richmond office, located at 50 North 5th Street, directly across from WUFFACE’s current location. All interested WUFFACE FCU staff will join the Kemba team and will continue to serve your financial needs.
As a Kemba member, you will have access to 13 Kemba branches and more than 5,000 shared branching locations nationwide. Plus, you’ll have access to a surcharge-free ATM network, offering more than 100,000 ATMs nationwide. Enclosed you will find Kemba’s Account Information Brochure, Privacy Policy, and Fee Schedule. Please review these documents and reach out to us with any questions. Many of the listed fees are avoidable or not applicable depending on your account service usage. As a courtesy, ATM fees and debit card monthly fees will be waived until July 1, 2024.
In the coming weeks, we will send you information regarding the transition to your Kemba Credit Union account and details on our products and services.
