To report a lost or stolen debit/credit card 24/7, please call 513.762.5070, then select option 3. To reorder a new card, please call during business hours or visit your local Kemba branch.

Online and Mobile Banking users can now block or unblock their Kemba debit and credit cards. Log into Online Banking, click on the services tab and then click on "Block/Unblock Your Card" or log into Mobile Banking, click on the menu icon and then click on Card Controls. A 'freeze' will block all future transactions from getting an approval including any prearranged recurring charges you may have requested a merchant or biller to make. The transactions will be denied as long as this freeze is in place.
